Plans, purchases, and restores

  • Free: organize up to 25 items with secure account sync.
  • Personal: unlimited personal items for $1.99 monthly or $19.99 yearly in the United States.
  • Family: unlimited items, shared lists, and access for the organizer plus five invited members for $4.99 monthly or $49.99 yearly in the United States.

Purchases are billed through Google Play. Open ItemOrbit Settings to view plans, restore an existing purchase, or manage an active subscription. A Family member receives access through the paying organizer and does not need a separate plan. Personal and Family monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled; prices may vary by country and Google Play account.

Shared lists

A Family organizer can add another registered ItemOrbit user from Settings. The invited user must already have an ItemOrbit account. Only people added to a specific list can see that list's contents. Sponsored Family access ends if the organizer's subscription expires, but ItemOrbit does not delete inventory.

Report content or block a user

Open Report / Block for shared content or a shared user. Choose a reason, describe the problem, and tap Send report. Reports go to ItemOrbit support, not to the reported user, and do not automatically remove content. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information. If you also want to block the account, send the report before blocking.

Blocking removes applicable sharing access and prevents new invitations between the accounts without deleting inventory. To manage your blocks, open Settings → Safety & community. Unblocking does not restore previous shared lists; a new invitation is needed, and neither account can have a remaining block.

If a reporting control is unavailable, or you need help with a report, contact support. The message “Sharing with this account is unavailable” does not identify which account has restricted the connection.

Sync troubleshooting

  • Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
  • Make sure you are signed in with the correct email address.
  • Pull down on an inventory list to refresh changes made on another device.
  • Close and reopen ItemOrbit, then allow a moment for synchronization.
  • If the problem continues, include the error message in your support email.

Account and data deletion

You can delete individual inventory records at any time. To permanently delete your account and its associated data, follow the ItemOrbit account deletion instructions.

Privacy and security

Personal inventory is private by default, and shared-list access is limited to people the list owner chooses. Read the security overview, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Use for details.
