ItemOrbit account deletion

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your ItemOrbit account in the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete in ItemOrbit

    Open ItemOrbit and sign in to the account you want to delete.

    Open the Settings tab and scroll to Account.

    Tap Delete account, then tap Continue.

    Review the final warning and tap Delete account to confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have ItemOrbit installed, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “ItemOrbit account deletion.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your ItemOrbit profile, authentication account, personal inventory, custom categories, saved people and loan details, owned shared lists, and access to lists owned by others. Other users lose access to shared lists you own. ItemOrbit also requests deletion of the RevenueCat customer profile used to verify your plan. This action cannot be undone.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting your ItemOrbit account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it first from ItemOrbit Settings or Google Play if you do not want it to renew. Google Play may retain transaction records under its own policies and legal obligations.

What may remain temporarily

Routine encrypted service backups may retain a copy until the backup expires. Those backups are not available through ItemOrbit and are used only for service recovery. Google Play may retain purchase records, and service providers may retain limited records when legally required. ItemOrbit does not keep a usable copy of your deleted account for ordinary business or advertising purposes.

Delete individual data without deleting your account

You can delete individual items, categories, people, and lists from their management screens in ItemOrbit. This lets you remove selected records while keeping your account active.
